Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for most products within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Products that have been OPENED and SPRAYED or are not in their original condition.
- Products with a broken seal or tampered packaging for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and downloadable products
- Solid Perfume cases with their cases tampered with, broken or with the wax having been used.
- Opened and damaged Ittar bottles

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team through email or phone within the specified return period to request a return. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for shipping the returned items back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered successfully.

Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its eligibility for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Timing:
Please allow 7-9 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact timing may vary based on your bank or payment processor.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per company policy.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement.

Return Shipping Costs:
For eligible returns due to a damaged or defective item, we will bear the return shipping costs. In other cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible- within 36 hours from placement of order. Once an order is shipped, the return policy applies.
